What to send for a faster reply
- Early-access requests — tell us what you want to run (the agents, the transports, the volume), and whether you'd prefer BYO or managed.
- Tenant support — your workspace slug, the agent or run ID, and a brief description of what went wrong.
- Integration / tool requests — which integration you want, what the use case looks like, whether you can bring an API key.
- Billing / managed plan — your workspace, the plan change you want, and any usage projections you can share.
