Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the hosted Catentio service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, your Huudis SSO credentials, and any API keys or OAuth tokens you connect to Catentio. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including agent runs that incur upstream model spend.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Catentio to run agents that: produce or distribute malware or phishing content, engage in illegal activity, generate content that violates intellectual property rights, harass or stalk individuals, or attempt to bypass the platform's isolation or rate-limit controls. We reserve the right to suspend agents or accounts that violate this policy.
BYO (self-hosted) deployments are governed by the open-source licence in the source repository, not these terms.
4. Service tiers & billing
Free BYO accounts have no platform fee — you bring your own Anthropic key and pay upstream costs directly. Managed plans are billed monthly via Plugipay. Upstream model spend (Anthropic tokens, droplet hours) is metered separately and billed via the same channel. You can cancel a managed plan at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
5. Data ownership
You own your agent payloads, your memory store, your skills, and your traces. We provide export tools so you can take your data with you. We do not claim ownership of any content your agents produce.
6. Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime for the hosted runtime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Upstream provider outages (Anthropic, DigitalOcean, Huudis) are outside our control.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or portal notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
9. Limitation of liability
Catentio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, lost revenue, or runaway upstream spend. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
10. Refunds
Refunds for Catentio subscription fees are governed by our Refund Policy. Upstream model spend is non-refundable once incurred.
